The very first thing we are researching is: why are we here? Another way of saying this is, what makes us happy?
Far from being an impractical speculation, this is the most economically and existentially relevant question we can ask.
If we could answer this question, we would save countless lives, prevent untold suffering, and slash trillions in military, mental health and other big ticket items in govt. budgets.
Uriel University when it has formally finalized the institutional character of its existence will serve to continue the research of the Valanga di Vita company into the existential question:
This University Project is not going to be completed overnight. It's a time consuming undertaking.
For the present moment we propose this core curriculum for all participants:
gaia theory, eucatastrophe theory and phenomenology.
In the fall we will start with Eucatastrophe theory, which was proposed by fantasy author JRR Tolkien. The fall season coinciding with "bilbo's birthday" or "tolkien day".
